Head of the company Christian Müller and Sales Manager Michael Averbeck are international industry experts with a down-to-earth background: as craftsmen and trained plumbers, they can draw on deep-rooted knowledge of materials, processing methods and practical expertise in the use of plastics in a wide range of applications. However, thanks to their studies at Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences and Münster University of Applied Sciences, the engineers are also familiar with the scientific field of supply and materials technology and also have extensive knowledge from over 25 years of industrial experience – both as freelancers and in management positions at system suppliers and component manufacturers. Both have accompanied the development of piping systems and know the normative and technical background of various piping systems in detail. In addition, Christian Müller’s expertise is in demand and recognised as part of committee work in standardisation at DIN or in the USA at the Plastic Pipe Institute (PPI). UFLEX ACR SYSTEM FROM CUBE ENGERY GMBH

The UFLEX ACR system with pipe lengths of up to 100 metres – and mechanical connections optimised for practical use – has been developed to redefine the installation of refrigeration pipes. The result is shorter installation times thanks to simplified installation with absolute safety. The use of the UFLEX ACR system represents a major saving in installation time and costs. All optimisations have always been tested in consultation with institutes. Over 60,000 installations worldwide confirm this quality standard.

The UFLEX ACR-system

The UFLEX ACR system with up to 100 metre rings and secure compression screw connections is designed to prevent leaks and optimise installation. The thermal conductivity of the pipes is just one thousandth of that of a copper pipe, making it a more efficient system with less insulation. Its use represents a major saving in installation time and costs.

 

UFLEX ACR pipe is designed and manufactured in Germany to withstand the temperature and pressure requirements of air conditioning systems.

We offer a 5-year guarantee against material and manufacturing defects for applications up to 45 bar and 95ºC.

Standards for PERT type II / AL / PERT type II pipe and its connections

Use with the refrigerants R22, R134a, R32, R404a, R407c, R410a and R507 is unproblematic

UFLEX ACR is very reliable as it does not need to be brazed or flared. This safely prevents possible leaks. In addition, the risk of theft is negligible compared to copper. Thanks to its high resistance to UV rays and corrosion, the system has a service life of 30 years

The UFLEX ACR system from Cube Energy GmbH has been tested in the system for the first time and reflects the latest generation of coolant pipes.

Together with IMA Dresden, the continuous quality control of the UFLEX ACR system is externally tested. Thus, a system-related conformity has been developed, which provides for mandatory annual monitoring of all system-relevant components. The pipes are manufactured in Germany.

UFLEX tools

The UFLEX ACR system tools are specially adapted to the UFLEX pipe system to ensure correct and safe installation. Due to the pipe construction, the wall thicknesses are greater than other systems, which means that only UFLEX ACR system tools may be used. The UFLEX ACR pipe should be bent to a minimum bending radius of 5 times the pipe diameter (r ≥ 5 x Da). Safe and fast bending is possible by using the UFLEX pipe bending springs. If the pipe does become deformed, the affected section must be removed and can be connected using a UFLEX ACR pipe coupling.
